Before the meeting<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Check that I have the technical requirements: e-mail address, Internet connection, computer or mobile device.<\/li>\n
  2. Download the Microsoft Teams application (if I use a mobile device). This video shows you how: Download Teams on smartphone or tablet(1 min 53 s)<\/span><\/a>. This clip is offered in French with English subtitles.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the appointment confirmation email information: date, time, speaker’s name and link for the meeting.<\/li>\n
  4. Test connection, sound and image if I deem it necessary with the Test the technological equipment prior to a teleconsultation<\/a> page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    At the time of the meeting<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Choose a quiet space with no ambient noise.<\/li>\n
    2. Have my health insurance card and phone within easy reach.<\/li>\n
    3. Join the Teams meeting by clicking on the link in the appointment confirmation e-mail (about ten minutes before the appointment).<\/li>\n
    4. Locate the buttons on the Teams interface to turn on\/off your camera and microphone.<\/li>\n
    5. Identify myself with my health insurance card at the start of the meeting with the professional.<\/li>\n
    6. Express my comments and questions to clarify communication during the meeting.<\/li>\n
    7. End the meeting by clicking on the red “Leave” button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
